Return & Cancellation Policy
This Return Policy applies to consultation packages purchased from Chargemotion. We aim to provide clear, fair terms for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Consultation Services
Our products are one-on-one consultation sessions. Because these are scheduled services rather than physical goods, standard product return policies do not apply. Instead, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms govern booked sessions.
Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking, at your choice.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before a session receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session at no additional charge if we receive notice at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the session price.
Cancellation by Chargemotion
If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as promptly as possible.
Unused Session Packages
If you purchase multiple sessions and wish to discontinue before using all sessions, unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis if requested within 30 days of purchase and before the first session has been completed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
